<br />regulating and restricting the use of lands located within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same <br />is hereby amended to include properties as Recreation Open Space, including a conservation overlay <br />zone, for that parcel of land located in Lake Howell as requested by the owner of said land described as: <br /> <br />Sec 22, TWP 21, RGE 30E, E 7/8 of S V2 of SW 14 <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the Recreation Open Space Future Land Use designation with a <br />conservation overlay zone. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of <br />this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br />any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. The effective date of this plan amendment shall be the date a final <br />order is issued by the Department of Community Affairs or Administration Commission finding the <br />amendment in compliance in accordance with Section 163.3184(1)(b), Florida Statutes, whichever is <br />applicable. No development orders, development permits, or land uses dependent on this amendment may <br />be issued or commence before it has become effective.
