Wells, AICP, Community Development Director 95 Triplet Lake Drive Casselberry, FL 32707 ORDINANCE # 04-1145 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF ROS (RECREATION OPEN SPACE) FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on January 12, 2004; and Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County A-1 (Agricultural) zoning classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry ROS zoning classification were heard; and Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Recreation Open Space on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and Whereas, the ROS zoning ciassification is consistent with the Recreation Open Space Future Land Use Map designation; and Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as ROS as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land located in Lake Howell, more specifically described as follows: Parcel 23: See 22, TWP 21, RGE 30E, E 7/8 of S 1f:¡ of SW 'A is hereby amended and given the ROS zoning district classification. That classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida.
