Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 04-1145 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF ROS (RECREATION OPEN SPACE) FOR THOSE <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on January <br />12, 2004; and <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County A-1 <br />(Agricultural) zoning classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed <br />establishment of the City of Casselberry ROS zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Recreation Open Space on the <br />Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the ROS zoning ciassification is consistent with the Recreation Open Space Future Land <br />Use Map designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as ROS as that classification <br />is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for those parcels of land located in Lake Howell, more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 23: See 22, TWP 21, RGE 30E, E 7/8 of S 1f:¡ of SW 'A <br /> <br />is hereby amended and given the ROS zoning district classification. That classification is defined in Articles <br />IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 04-1145 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
