<br />RESOLUTION 05·1551 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING <br />CENTRAL FLORIDA ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. TO PROVIDE THE HELEN STREET <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has undertaken to construct sanitary sewer services <br />on Helen Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry advertised for bids for the Helen Street Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvements project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 22, 2004, the City received five (5) sealed bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the bid proposal contract of Central Florida <br />Environmental, Inc. and found it complete, competitive and adequate for the project and <br />recommends approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the <br />agreement with Central Florida Environmental, Inc. (attached as "Exhibit A"), and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves <br />to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, <br />force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
