Wells, AICP, <br />Community Development Director <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 04-1136 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF R-9 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) FOR THOSE <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, the property described in Section I was annexed into the City of Casselberry on May 10, <br />2004; and <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current Seminole County R-1M (low <br />density residential) zoning classification of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed <br />establishment of the City of Casselberry R-9 zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as LOR (Low Density Residential) on the <br />Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the R-9 zoning classification is consistent with the LDR Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as R-9 (low density <br />residential) as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I.
