AGAINST annexation oflands described in Ordinance 04-1130 of the City of Casselberry, Florida. Section 8. The Urban Services Plan prepared in accordance with Chapter 171, Florida Statutes, a copy being attached hereto as Exhibit C, and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved and adopted. Section 9. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Office of the Secretary ofthe State of Florida, the Office of the Governor ofthe State of Florida, the Clerk of Court of Seminole County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners of Seminole County, Florida, the Seminole County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County Tax Collector, within 7 days from the effective date of the ordinance. Section 10. Pollinl! Place. The polling place for the July 13, 2004 election shall be the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, and as provided by any interlocal agreements. The polling place shall be open to the registered electors of the lands proposed to be annexed from 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. Registered electors of the lands proposed to be annexed shall be notified of the change of polling place, pursuant to law. Section II. Canvassinl! Board. The City Clerk is hereby directed to provide for the canvassing ofretums consistent with applicable law. Section 12. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 13. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. 3
