<br />¡J ðt- t~/Þ;/ <br />! -~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 04-1130 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA <br />RELATING TO ANNEXATION; MAKING FINDINGS; ANNEXING TO <br />AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN <br />SECTIONS 22, 27 AND 34, TOWNSHIP 21S, RANGE 30E; REDEFINING <br />THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE INTERIM PROVISION OF LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATION; PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN <br />COUNTY LICENSEES FOLLOWING THEIR BUSINESS, TRADE OR <br />PROFESSION WITHIN THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED MAY <br />CONTINUE TO FOLLOW SUCH BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION <br />THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CORPORATE LIMITS WITHOUT THE <br />NECESSITY OF FURTHER QUALIFICATION THEREFORE; <br />PROVIDING THAT THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED SHALL BE <br />ASSESSED FOR PAYMENT OF MUNICIPAL AD VALOREM TAXES <br />PURSUANT TO LAW; PROVIDING FOR SUBMISSION OF THE <br />QUESTION OF ANNEXATION OF SAID LANDS INTO THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND WITHIN THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED AT AN <br />ELECTION TO BE HELD JULY 13, 2004; DIRECTING THE CITY <br />CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE ORDINANCE WITH <br />THE CLERK OF COURT AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE <br />STATE OF FLORIDA AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, as follows: <br /> <br />Section I. The lands described in Exhibit A, and depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto, <br /> <br />and made apart hereof, be and they are hereby annexed to and included within the corporate <br /> <br />limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and they are <br /> <br />hereby revised to include the land described in Section I hereof. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida does hereby find <br /> <br />that the lands described in Section I are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of <br />
