MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve the Special Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization Report dated September 27, 2004 as amended. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 2. RESOLUTION04-1S24-FLORIDA'S URBAN AND COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT FUNDING APPLICATION MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolution 04-1524 by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 04-1524 by title as foIlows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE ST ATE OF FLORIDADEP ARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES, DIVISION OF FORESTRY FOR AN URBAN AND COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Staff Presentation: Mr. Fortini stated the City Commission approved a grant request on September 13,2004 for a Florida Urban and Community Forestry Grant for replanting of wetland tree species damaged by Hurricane Charley at Secret Lake Park. Mr. Fortini stated subsequent to the September 13, 2004 meeting, an oversight was discovered in that a resolution is required for the grant request, and requested favorable action on Resolution 04-1524. MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Resolution 04- 1524 as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
