CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission ofthe City of Casselberry held a meeting Monday, September 13,2004 at 7:00 p.m., Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bruce Pronovost, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #5 AI Clark, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #4 Linda Hart, Commissioner - Seat #3 Kathy Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat # I STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Frank W. Clifton, Jr., City Manager Thelma McPherson, City Clerk Donna Gardner, Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney Jeffrey Drier, Finance Director John Pavlis, Chief of Police Mitch Floyd, Fire Chief Vicky Hilburn, Supervisor, Animal Control Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director Richard Wells, Community Development Director Cristina Vivo', Personnel Director Tony Segreto, Public Works Director Leonard Pollard, Inventory Control Specialist Sandra Smith, City Planner Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator Mayor Pronovost called the meetingto order at 7:00 p.m. Vice Mayor/CommissionerClark led the invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All Commission members were present. EXPRESSION OF SYMPATHY MOTION: Mayor Bruce Pronovost moved to read an expression of sympathy in remembrance of Dan Phillips, an employee of Asplundh Environmental Services, for his contribution to the hurricane recovery efforts in the Casselberry community. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried unanimously by voice vote. The expression of sympathy will be sent to the family of Dan Phillips from the grateful citizens of the City of Casselberry.
