The Finance Director said he did not have the staff in- house to do <br />the job and that the price of the contract for the job done by the auditor was well worth the expenditure. The <br />City Manager said this was a monitoring process to make sure the City received all revenues that are due <br />and the price of the contract is more feasible than doing the job in-house. He will provide for the <br />Commission a comparison sheet of monies expended and monies received. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner A! Clark that Special Invoice Report and <br />Minor Contracts be approved as submitted. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />2. First Reading of Ordinance 03-1100 - Recovery of Legal Fees <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Ordinance 03-1100, <br />Recovery of Legal Fees, be read by title only on first reading. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 03-I 100 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 1-13 OF THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES, RELATING TO GENERAL PENALTIES; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />CITY AS A PREVAILING PARTY, TO RECOVER ITS REASONABLE <br />ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING BROUGHT TO <br /> <br /> <br />
