City Commission Meeting <br />June 23, 2003 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that the Consent Agenda be <br />approved as submitted. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda <br />Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Susan Doerner asked that the Agenda be amended and item #4 - Resolution 03-1420, <br />Settlement Agreement and Item #5 ~ Ordinance 03-1086, Franchise Ordinance be addressed before Item #3, <br />Discussion on the Referendum. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kathy Cook asked that Item #5 - Ordinance 03-1086, Franchise Ordinance be addressed <br />before Item//4, Resolution 03-1420, Settlement Agreement. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark preferred to discuss Item #4, Settlement Agreement first and then item <br />#5, Ordinance 03-1086, Franchise Ordinance. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner that the Agenda be amended <br />changing the order to Item #4, Item #5 and then Item #3. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Kathy Cook and carried on a 4 - 1 roll call vote. <br />Commissioner Kathy Cook dissenting. <br /> <br />1. Special Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization Report <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution 650, Section Three, invoice information regarding consulting fees for contracts <br />underway, attorney fees or final payments on construction invoice amounts or projects in excess of $25,000 <br />are to be presented to the Commission prior to payment. Also, policy adopted April 17, 1995 by the <br />Commission allows Minor Contracts/Amendments to be presented as part of this report.
