City Commission Meeting <br />April 28, 2003 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked that Item (a) on the Consent Agenda be postponed to the next meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Item (a), Minutes of <br />January 13, 2003, January 27, 2003, February 24, 2003 and March 24, 2003, <br />be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the next scheduled <br />Commission Meeting Agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner A! Clark that Consent Agenda be <br />approved as amended (deletion of Item (a). The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Linda Hart and approved unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution 650, Section Three, invoice information regarding consulting fees for contracts <br />underway, attorney fees or final payments on construction invoice amounts or projects in excess of <br />$25,000 are to be presented to the Commission prior to payment. Also, policy adopted April 17, 1995 by <br />the Commission allows Minor Contracts/Amendments to be presented as part of this report.
