CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br /> <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. <br />in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselben'y, Florida, 32707. <br /> <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Bruce Pronovost, Mayor/Commissioner <br />A1 Clark, Vice Mayor/Commissioner <br />Susan Doerner, Commissioner <br />Kathy Cook, Commissioner <br />Linda Hart, Commissioner <br /> <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Frank W. Clifton, Jr., City Manager <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Donna Gardner, Commission Secretary <br />John Pavlis, Police Chief <br />Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director <br />Dick Wells, Community Development Director <br />Matt Fortini, Parks and Recreation Director <br />Cristina Vivo', Personnel Director <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT <br />Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney <br /> <br />The April 28, 2003 Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry was called to order by <br />Mayor Pronovost. The Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance were led by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al <br />Clark. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost stated that the 2003 Annual "Drop Savers" poster contest was held in March 2003. <br />He thanked the participants for participating in the contest from Casselberry Elementary, Eastbrook <br />Elementary, English Estates, Milwee Middle, South Seminole Middle, and Sterling Park Elementary <br />Schools. Mayor Pronovost also expressed appreciation to CPH Engineers, Inc., GrayHarris, Attorneys at <br />Law, and the law firm of Stenstrom, McIntosh, Colbert, Whigham and Simmons, P.A. for sponsoring <br />this year's event. <br /> <br />The following student's posters were chosen by their school to participate in the contest. These students <br />are receiving a $50.00 savings bond and an award certificate from the City of Casselberry and our <br />sponsors. <br /> <br /> <br />
