Commission Reception <br />February 7, 2003 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The reception was a social get acquainted function and the public was invited, The Notice was <br />posted on the web site and sent to the press. Invitations were sent to all Volunteer Board <br />Members of the City; approximately forty (40) board members attended. Refreshments were <br />served. Mayor Pronovost welcomed all to the reception and introduced each candidate for the <br />City Manager position. The Mayor also thanked staff for their efforts during the recruitment for <br />City Manager and for putting together the reception. <br /> <br />A copy of the Notice that was posted is attached.
