Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br /> <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br /> <br />1. SPECIAL INVOICE AND MINOR CONTRACTS/AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION REPORT <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution 650, Section Three, in¥oice information regarding consulting fees for contracts <br />underway, attorney fees, or final payments on construction invoice amounts or projects in excess of $25,000, <br />are to be presented to the Commission prior to payment. Also, policy adopted April 17, 1995 by the City <br />Commission allows Minor Contracts/Amendments to be presented as part of this report. The following <br />invoices and/or contracts were presented to the Commission for consideration: <br /> <br />PR OFESSIONAL SER VICES <br /> <br />GrayHarris (Special Counsel) <br /> Electric Franchise Purchase Option - October 2002 <br /> <br />$ 618.31 <br /> <br />TEI <br /> <br />Traffic Engineexing Study/Service for Triplet Lake Drive & US 17-92 <br /> <br />$20,895.66 <br /> <br />Commissioner Cook noted the GrayHarris bill indicated a review of correspondence from the Mayor and <br />preparing correspondence back to the City Manager on December 18, 2002, and requested copies of the <br />subject correspondence if it was subject to public record status and not attorney/client privilege related to <br />litigation. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve the Special <br />Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments <br />Authorization Report dated January 27, 2003 as <br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />2. RESOLUTION 03-1399 - 2002 COMPREHENSWE ANNUAL FINANCIAL <br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolution 03-1999 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
