Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to remove item (6), First <br />Reading of Ordinance 03-1078 from the Regular <br />Agenda and add the item as Public Hearing HI. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
