Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoice as submitted. B. Task Authorization 47 with CPH LLC for PW 2516 Gee Creek Watershed Erosion Control (Due to Hurricane Milton) and Related Budget Amendment #25-026 Introduction: Approval of Task Authorization No. 7 with CPH, LLC for the survey and design services for PW 2516 Gee Creek Watershed Erosion Control (due to Hurricane Milton) not to exceed $236,249 and related Budget Amendment #25-026 is requested. Budget Impact: While federal funding of $105,846.20 (allocated under account 4110-0740-538.63-28) has been designated for technical assistance, it will not fully cover the $236,249 requested for this task authorization. Approval of Budget Amendment #25-026 will increase the Storrnwater Utility Fund Improvements account #110-0740-538.63-28 by $130,403 to provide sufficient funds to fully cover the design cost requested under this task authorization. BA #25-026 Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for CPH, LLC for the survey and design services for Gee Creek Watershed Erosion Control (due to Hurricane Milton), in the amount of $130,403.
