Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, March 20, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br />6. STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE <br />Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Casselberry. The Officers notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting <br />documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />7. SUBSEQUENT CASES <br />A. CE -25-000005: 130 Golden Days Drive <br />Violations: City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c 1&2 Outdoor/Open Air Storage — Residential. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer stated that case 25-000005, subsequent <br />case located at 130 Golden Days Drive was not in compliance with the Special Magistrate order <br />dated February 20, 2025, and the fine of $100.00 per day should be imposed to begin on March <br />06, 2025. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak <br />about this case. There was a representative present to speak about this case and was sworn in the <br />Special Magistrate. <br />Discussion: Franklin Radcliff stated he lives out of state and was there to help his mother and <br />brother whit this violation and may have to move forward with eviction. Mr. Hall stated once the <br />property is in compliance, call him out and if in compliance the lien reduction process would need <br />to be followed. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -25-000005 <br />located at 130 Golden Days Drive, the property was found in violation of City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c <br />1&2 and the $100.00 per day fine was imposed beginning March 6, 2025, and will continue to run <br />until compliance the property has been found in compliance. <br />NEW CASES <br />A. CE -24.002835: 831 Wolf Trail <br />Violations: City Code 1-4.3 No Building Permit <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer advised that case 24-002835 was in <br />compliance. No further action was taken. <br />B. CE -24-004115: 580 Lake Kathryn Circle <br />Violation: Florida Statute 515.29 Swimming Pool Requirements, City Code 3-10.3.C.7 Swimming <br />Pool Standards. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance Officer advised that case 24-004115 was in <br />compliance. No further action was taken. <br />
