Code, Land Development Regulations and Comprehensive Plan. By granting of these permits, <br />the City does not provide any guaranty or assurance that the Developer will be entitled to utilize <br />these permits to construct the building. Developer understands that receipt of any FDOT permit, <br />SJRWMD permit, etc., does not mean they will get City approvals, and that they have no claim <br />against the City or the CRA if the City does not give them their site clearing permit of site plan <br />approval. <br />4. Enforcement. If the Developer violates any provision of this Agreement, the City <br />shall be entitled to an immediate temporary injunction without bond to prevent the use of these <br />permits to allow construction. The City and the CRA will be entitled to recover its full <br />attorneys' fees. <br />5. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the <br />parties on the matters contained herein. The Developer agrees to disclose the contents of this <br />Agreement to any and all of its successors in interest. <br />6. Successors.
