CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 24, 2025 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 4 of 14 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of the donation to <br />Kids House, Wayne Densch Children's Advocacy Center in the amount of $3,000 and related Budget <br />Amendment #24-033. <br />D. Resolution 25-3494 — Memorandum of Understanding to Partner in the Altamonte <br />Global Innovation Lab (AGiL) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE CITY OF <br />ALTAMONTE SPRINGS TO PARTNER IN THE ALTAMONTE GLOBAL INNOVATION LAB <br />(AGIL) AND TO COLLABORATE TO EXPLORE VARIOUS INNOVATION OPPORTUNITIES; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Approval of Resolution 25-3494 authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding between the <br />City of Casselberry and the City of Altamonte Springs to partner in the Altamonte Global Innovation Lab <br />(Agit) to collaborate to seek new, innovative and cost-effective methods to achieve the City's mission <br />objectives is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no budget impact. Sufficient finds are available in Other Current Charges <br />account #001-0120-512.49-00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 25-3494. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Kirk moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Divita. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 3-0. <br />8. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />9. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. First Reading of Ordinance 25-1620 — Amending the City's Official Zoning Map <br />from R-9 (Low Density Single-family) to RMF -13 (Medium Density Multifamily <br />for One (1) Parcel with Parcel Identification Number 09-21-30-506-0300-0050 <br />
