Approval of Task Authorization No. 6 with CPH Consulting, LLC for the PW 2518 Lake Concord Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) not to exceed $80,049 to be funded by the Casselbeny Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is requested. Resolution 25-3490 - Locally Funded Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation to provide for Design Services for Safety Improvements to SR 436 and Related Budget Amendment #25-019 Approval of Resolution 25-3490 authorizing execution of a Locally Funded Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to provide for design services in the amount of $293,341 for safety improvements to SR 436 from Lake Howell Rd to the County line and related Budget Amendment #25-019 is requested. B. Resolution 25-3491 - Three Party Escrow Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation and Department of Financial Services to provide for Design Services for Safety Improvements to SR 436 Approval of Resolution 25-3491 authorizing execution of a Three Party Escrow Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation and the Florida Department of Financial Services Division of Treasury to provide for design services for safety improvements to SR 436 from Lake Howell Rd to the County line is requested. 10.
