Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />Discussion: Mayor Henson suggested that Ile would like to see the City Attorney investigate whether there <br />was any potential for the Police Department to recover costs incurred in investigating certain offenses as <br />an additional funding option for the department. After a brief discussion amongst the Commissioners, Mr. <br />Newlon advised that information could be provided for review so it could be determined whether or not <br />that would be something the Commissioners would all agree should be pursued. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced that persons wishing to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on <br />the agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Henson announced the rules <br />of decorum. No one came forward. <br />
