Award of Bid and Execution of Agreements for Building Official & Support Services with <br />UES Professional Solutions, LLC, and PDCS, LLC <br />Approval of an award of bid and authorization to execute agreements with UES Professional Solutions, LLC, and PDCS, <br />LLC, for Building Official Services is requested. <br />G. Task Authorization No. 2 with U.S. Submergent Technologies for Cleaning of the Water <br />Reclamation Facility's Surge Tank #2 and Plant #1 <br />Approval of Task Authorization No. 2 with U.S. Submergent Technologies for Cleaning of the Water Reclamation <br />Facility's Surge Tank #2 and Plant #1 in the amount of $97,900.00 is requested. <br />H. Resolution 25-3481 - English Estates Water Main Replacement Phase I & Seminole County <br />Oxford Road Sidewalk and Drainage Project and Related Budget Amendment #25-012 <br />Approval of Resolution 25-3481 authorizing Seminole County to Proceed with the Award of the City of Casselberry's <br />English Estates Water Main Replacement Phase I Project as part of the Oxford Road Sidewalk and Drainage Project for a <br />total cost of $3,228,844.00 to Mercon Construction Company and related Budget Amendment #25-012 is requested. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Single Source Agreement with Masci General Contractors for Casselberry Utility Relocation <br />on the Seminole County Oxford Road Expansion Project and Related Budget Amendment <br />#25-014 <br />Approval of the single source agreement with Masci General Contractor, Inc. for Utility Relocates associated with the <br />Seminole County Oxford Road Expansion Project in the amount of $154,431.06 and related Budget Amendment #25-014 <br />is requested. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON TI -IIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please raise <br />your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak briefly on <br />the matter.
