Resolution 25-3481 - English Estates Water Main Replacement Phase I & Seminole County Oxford Road Sidewalk and Drainage Project and Related Budget Amendment #25-012 Approval of Resolution 25-3481 authorizing Seminole County to Proceed with the Award of the City of Casselberry's English Estates Water Main Replacement Phase I Project as part of the Oxford Road Sidewalk and Drainage Project for a total cost of $3,228,844.00 to Mercon Construction Company and related Budget Amendment #25-012 is requested. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Single Source Agreement with Masci General Contractors for Casselberry Utility Relocation on the Seminole County Oxford Road Expansion Project and Related Budget Amendment #25-014 Approval of the single source agreement with Masci General Contractor, Inc. for Utility Relocates associated with the Seminole County Oxford Road Expansion Project in the amount of $154,431.06 and related Budget Amendment #25-014 is requested. 13.
