Resolution 24-3477 - Second Amendment to the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County and the Purchase and Sale Agreement for Real Property on Wilshire Boulevard for Relocation of Fire Station 25 Approval of Resolution 24-3477 providing for a Second Amendment to the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County and the Purchase and Sale Agreement for a portion of real property located on Wilshire Boulevard for the relocation of Fire Station 25 is requested. It is a companion item to Resolution 24-3479 which approves the conveyance of real property located on Wilshire Boulevard to Seminole County. Both resolutions are needed for title insurance purposes.
