(b) Termination of this Agreement by CITY as to Class 1 Traffic Signals does not relieve <br />CITY of its continued obligation to remit the designated percentage. Failure to remit this percentage <br />of costs may result in disruption of city road access to the county roads. <br />Section 9. Notice.
