RESOLUTION 24-3397 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A UTILITY EASEMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH WENDY J.B. THOMPSON AND ERIC W. <br />THOMPSON ON PARCEL ID: 30-21-30-6520-00-050 (1039 QUINWOOD <br />LANE); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City owns public utilities located on Parcel ID: 30-21-30-6520-00-050 <br />(1039 Quinwood Lane) which are not currently within an approved utility easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners, Wendy J.B Thompson and Eric W. Thompson, have <br />agreed to grant a utility easement over a portion of the property for the necessary construction, <br />installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of these public utilities; and <br />WHEREAS, Public Works & Utilities Department staff has reviewed the Utility Easement <br />Agreement with Wendy J.B Thompson and Eric W. Thompson and finds it favorable to meet the <br />needs of the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION L he City Conn-nission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the Utility <br />Easement Agreement with Wendy J.B Thompson and Eric W. Thompson on Parcel ID: 30-21-30- <br />6520-00-050 (1039 Quinwood Lane), attached hereto, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said <br />document on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV.
