OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry's Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, <br />October 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, <br />located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Citizens' Comments <br />3. Approval of Minutes — None <br />4. Action Items <br />a. PUD 24-02 — Oxford Rd./S.R. 436 PUD Concept Plan —A Concept Plan, which is part of a Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) Zoning Map Amendment, for a multi -tenant commercial development <br />located at the corner of Oxford Road and S.R. 436 (Parcels 17-21-30-510-0000-001A & 17-21-30- <br />510-0000-00113) totaling 4.26 acres. <br />b. SPR 24-10 - 1735 S.R. 436 — Major site plan review for the Sunoco gas station expansion located <br />at 1735 State Road 436 (Parcel 33-21-30-300-005E-0000) totaling 0.92 acres, which includes two <br />new retail/commercial suites. <br />c. SPR 24-14 - 999 Mango Dr. — Minor site plan review for modifications to the Summerloch Green <br />Community located at 999 Mango Drive (Parcel 04-21-30-300-0010-0000) totaling 94.03 acres, <br />including renovations to the recreation area, Summerloch Dogwood Pavilion. <br />d. SPR 24-18 - 3920 S. U.S. Hwy. 1�7 92_ — Minor site plan review for Culvers located at 3920 S. U.S. <br />Hwy. 17 92 (Parcel 08-21-30-536-0000-0020) totaling 1.20 acres, including the addition of second <br />drive through. <br />5. Discussion Items — None <br />6. The review may be postponed until the next meeting if the project engineer fails to participate. It is also recommended <br />that the owner or developer attend the DRC meeting. <br />
