<br />The Funding Date with respect to the above referenced Equipment Group shall be November 5, 2010. Lessor shall retain any
<br />interest or income accruing between the Funding Date and the date on which interest begins to accrue in accordance with the Payment
<br />Schedule more fully set forth below. The Annual Interest Rate applicable to the Equipment Group shall be 2.6668%. Lessee will make
