CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a Special Meeting on Thursday, December 14, <br />2000 at 8:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Bruce Pronovost, Mayor/Commissioner <br />David Henson, Vice Mayor/Commissioner <br />Al Clark, Commissioner <br />Linda Hart, Commissioner <br />Owen Sheppard, Commissioner <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Jack Schluckebier, City Manager <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Marty LaBrusciano, Police Chief <br />Tony Segreto, Public Works Director <br />Dick Wells, Community Development Director <br />OTHERSPRESENT <br />Donna McIntosh, City Attorney <br />Michael H. Kahn, Counsel for the City Manager <br />Gray Thomas, Counsel for Seminole Entertainment, Inc. <br />Victor Chapman, Counsel for Seminole Entertainment, Inc. <br />Jacqueline Dowd, Office of the Attorney General <br />Kellie Tomeo, Office of Statewide Prosecution <br />Roma Molinaro, Mr. Kahn's Paralegal <br />Mayor Pronovost called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. with the roll call of Elected Officials. All were <br />present. The hearing was scheduled to hear the challenge to the revocation of Rachel's Adult <br />Entertainment License. <br />Donna McIntosh, City Attorney, stated that the procedures for the hearing are governed by Section 14-93 <br />of the City Code. <br />Mr. Gray Thomas, Attorney for Seminole Entertainment, Inc., petitioned the Commission with a Motion <br />to Dismiss Revocation Proceedings. Mr. Thomas corrected the date in Section 1 to November 14, 2000 <br />and amended his Motion to reflect the change. A copy of the Motion to dismiss revocation proceedings <br />is filed in the City's public records. <br />
