Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3444 providing for approval of an Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for traffic signal maintenance is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the FY 2024 City Budget. In the FY 2025 proposed budget, staff has anticipated increased cost for signal maintenance in Local Option Gas Tax account #109-0710-541.46- 00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 24-3444. C. Resolution 24-3445 — Amendingthe City Investment Policy "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY INVESTMENT POLICY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3445 providing for revising the City Investment Policy dated August 9, 2023 and adopted via Resolution 23-3372 is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 24- 3445 amending the City Investment Policy. D. Resolution 24-3446 — Seminole State College Public Safety Training Complex "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND SEMINOLE STATE COLLEGE FOR THE USE OF THEIR PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING COMPLEX; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3446 authorizing an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Seminole State College for the use of their Public Safety Training Complex is requested. Budget Impact: The funds to pay for the use of the Seminole State College Public Safety Complex have been allocated in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Law Enforcement/Training account number 001-0610-521.55- 00 in the amount of $2,162. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 24-3446.
