(f) Utility equipment. Utility equipment that serves manufactured homes, including electric, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air conditioning equipment and other service facilities shall comply with the requirements of the Florida Building Code, Residential Section R322. SECTION IV - APPLICABILITY. For the purposes of jurisdictional applicability, this ordinance shall only apply in the City of Casselberry. This ordinance shall apply to all applications for development in flood hazard areas submitted on or after the effective date of this ordinance. SECTION V - CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections Ordinance 24 —1605 3of4 VON.
