Manufaetured homes that are plaeed, replaeed, or substantially improved shall <br />comply with Sermon 46 64(e)and 46 64(f) of this ehaptef as applieable. All manufactured <br />homes that are placed, replaced, or substantially improved in flood hazard areas shall be <br />elevated such that the bottom of the frame is at or above the elevation reauired in the Florida <br />Building Code, Residential Section R322.2. <br />(g) o Enclosures. Enclosed areas below elevated manufactured homes shall comply with the <br />requirements of the Florida Building Code, Residential Section R322 for such enclosed areas. <br />(f) Utility equipment. Utility equipment that serves manufactured homes, including electric, <br />heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air conditioning equipment and other service facilities <br />shall comply with the requirements of the Florida Building Code, Residential Section R322. <br />SECTION IV - APPLICABILITY. For the purposes of jurisdictional <br />applicability, this ordinance shall only apply in the City of Casselberry. This ordinance shall apply <br />to all applications for development in flood hazard areas submitted on or after the effective date of <br />this ordinance. <br />SECTION V - CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become <br />and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections <br />Ordinance 24 —1605 <br />3of4 <br />VON. <br />PAR. <br />-7.9 <br />N RTM <br />ri WIT s. <br />_i <br />ONER.
