Box 2873 <br />Orlando, FL 32802-2873 <br />Return to: <br />City Clerk <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br />This Temporary Construction Easement is made and entered into this /allay of <br />2024, by and between CARMEL BY THE LAKE <br />CONDOMINI M ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation (GRANTOR) <br />with a mailing address of 225 S WESTMONTE DR, STE #3310, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, <br />FL 32714, and CITY OF CASSELBERRY, a Florida municipal corporation (GRANTEE) <br />with offices at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR is the owner in fee simple title of certain real property <br />located in Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described in Exhibit "1" <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (the Property); and <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR has agreed to allow GRANTEE, and its employees, <br />contractors, and agents access across the portion of the Property described in Exhibit <br />"2" (the "Easement Area"), in order to construct and install drainage/erosion control <br />improvements (hereinafter "Improvements") <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars <br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />Page 1 <br />
