Security <br />G. Prime commercial paper <br />Prime commercial paper. For the purposes <br />of this Section "prime" commercial papers <br />means Commercial paper that has received <br />a Standard & Poor's rating of at least "A- <br />I " or Moody's rating of at least "Prime L" <br />H. Collateralized mortgage obligations <br />Collateralized Mortgage Obligations <br />(CMG's) backed by an agency of the U. S. <br />Government but Restricted to those issues <br />which meet all the following criteria. <br />Sector Allocations <br />Minimum Maximum Fund <br />All issues must be backed by securities issued by the <br />Government National Mortgage Association, The Federal <br />Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC), Or the <br />Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA). <br />All issues must pass the Federal Financial Institutions <br />Examination Council (FFIEC) High Risk Security Test at the <br />time of purchase and on an annual basis. Pooled investment funds <br />a. For purposes of City operating reserves, pooled investment funds will be limited to <br />registered 2a-7 mutual funds, the Local Government Surplus Funds Trust Fund, or any <br />intergovernmental investments pool authorized pursuant to the Florida Interlocal <br />Cooperation Act, as provided in s. 163.01, Florida Statutes. <br />b. Holdings in Pooled Investment funds shall be prudently diversified based on current <br />market conditions as well as the current level of operating reserve assets. Such pooled <br />funds should be guaranteed as to timely payment of principal and interest by the Federal <br />Government or its agencies.
