Approval of Resolution 24-3445 amending the City Investment Policy to allow a greater percentage to be placed in <br />pooled investment funds is requested. <br />D. Resolution 24-3446- Seminole State College Public Safety Training Complex <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3446 authorizing an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Seminole State College <br />for the use of their Public Safety Training Complex for an annual fee of $2,162.00 is requested. <br />E. Resolution 24-3447 - School Resource Officer Agreement <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3447 provides for an agreement with the Seminole County School Board to share the cost <br />of providing a School Resource Officer at South Seminole Middle School for the 2024 - 2025 school year where the <br />School Boaard will pay the City $64,249.50 broken into monthly installments approximating one-half on salary and <br />benefits for the School Resource Officer, is requested. <br />F. Resolution 24-3448 - FY24 Third Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3448 to formally adopt budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the third <br />quarter of FY 2024 is requested. <br />G. Resolution 24-3449 - Authorization to Apply for a TRAIL -GO Local Trail Management <br />Grant with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3449 to apply for a TRAIL -GO Local Trail Management grant with the Florida Department <br />of Environmental Protection for funding of $62,250 to assist with the operation and maintenance of the City's trails is <br />requested. <br />H. Resolution 24-3450 - Residential Solid Waste Fuel Adjustment with Waste Pro of Florida <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3450 providing for a rate adjustment (reduction 1.63%) for Waste Pro of Florida to what the <br />City pays for residential solid waste collection services based on fuel inflation (natural gas), effective July 1, 2024 to <br />December 31, 2024 is requested. <br />Budget Amendment 24-056 -Revise budget for Northgate Phase 1 Water Main Replacement <br />Project <br />Approval of Budget Amendment 24-056 to revise the budget for Northgate Phase 1 Water Main Replacement Project <br />to reduce ARPA funding by $850,000 and increase funding from Renewal and Replacement Fund reserves by <br />$850,000 is requested. <br />8.
