RESOLUTION 24-3443 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SALE AND <br />PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND BRIAN D. EUBANKS FOR PURCHASE <br />OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT 106 WILSHIRE DRIVE IN <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry approves the purchase of <br />residential property located at 106 Wilshire Drive in Casselberry, Florida which is described, and <br />the legal description made part of the attached Sale and Purchase Agreement for the amount of <br />$285,000 plus closing costs. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission hereby finds extraordinary purpose for the purchase <br />of the residential property at 106 Wilshire Drive in Casselberry, Florida. <br />SECTION 2. The Sale and Purchase Agreement is hereby approved for $285,000 plus <br />closing costs and the City Commission authorizes the Mayor to execute the document(s) on <br />behalf of the City Commission. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of the Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
