FILE NUM 2003097974 <br />QFC BOOK 04857 PACE 1902 <br />To: City of Casselbeny City Commtsslon <br />The undersigned Petitioner respectfully petitions this Commission to cbse' vaoate, abandon, <br />discontinue, disclaim and to renounce any sight of the City of Casselberry, a political subdivision, <br />in the State of Florida, and the public in and to the followinu described easement, tawit <br />The entire 50 foot roadway between Block 3 and Block 4 of Amended Plat of Seminola Park as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page <br />28, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida and connecting to the roadways known as Hill Street and North East Triplet <br />Drive. <br />Your P49MIoner would show that the said easement has not been used by the City of <br />Casselberry.
