Resolution 24-3425 — Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police Collective Bargaining Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RATIFYING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE FLORIDA STATE LODGE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3425 providing for ratification and authorization to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the City of Casselberry and the Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the FY 2024 Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of Resolution 24-3425. Resolution 24-3429 — Approving CASTO Casselberry North Final Plat "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE CASTO CASSELBERRY NORTH FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3429 providing for the execution of the CASTO Casselberry North Final Plat is requested. (PLAT 23-03) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 24-3429 for the execution of the CASTO Casselberry North Final Plat. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch.
