PREAMBLE <br />This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Casselberry, hereafter referred <br />to as the "City" or "employer" and the Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police, Inc. hereafter <br />referred to as the "Union." <br />The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish wages, hours, and terms and <br />conditions of employment for employees and to provide an orderly procedure for the resolution of <br />grievances. <br />Page 3 <br />
