RESOLUTION 24-3429 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE CASTO CASSELBERRY NORTH FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, an application for the CASTO Casselberry North Final Plat was submitted to the City of Casselberry (City) requesting to combine two parcels totaling approximately 2.50 acres; and WHEREAS, the subject property is located north of the old Casselberry Police Station and east of Lake Concord, in Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by the City Attorney, City Engineer, City Addressing staff, City Planning staff, and the contract surveyor for the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on June 10, 2024. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR), the City Commission approves the CASTO Casselberry North Final Plat as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A. SECTION II. The City Commission hereby approves the applicant's performance guarantee in accordance with Section 4-19.6 of the ULDR. SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
