A. Resolution 24-3426 - Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County, the School Board of <br />Seminole County, and the Municipalities of Seminole County Relating to the Shared <br />Distribution and Use of the One Cent Local Government Infrastructure Surtax <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3426 providing for approval of an Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County, the School <br />Board of Seminole County, and the municipalities of Seminole County relating to the shared distribution and use of the <br />One Cent Local Government Infrastructure Surtax is requested. <br />B. Resolution 24-3427 - Approving a Vacant Land Contract Between Casselberry Investment <br />Properties, LTD, and the City of Casselberry for Eleven Properties and Related Budget <br />Amendment #24-038 <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3427 providing for approval of a Vacant Land Contract for the purchase of eleven <br />miscellaneous properties owned by Casselberry Investment Properties, LTD and related Budget Amendment #24-038 <br />is requested. The purchase price for the eleven properties is $74,172 plus closing costs. <br />C. Resolution 24-3428 - Approving a Land Donation Agreement Between Casselberry <br />Investment Properties, LTD; Lilian Carroll; and Lilian Carroll, as Successor Trustee of the <br />John Norris Casselberry Revocable Trust Dated June 8, 1992; and the City of Casselberry <br />for Six Properties <br />Approval of Resolution 24-3428 providing for approval of a Land Donation Agreement between Casselberry <br />Investment Properties, LTD; Lilian Carroll; and Lilian Caroll, as Successor Trustee of the John Norris Casselberry <br />Revocable Trust Dated June 8, 1992, and the City of Casselberry for six properties is requested. <br />10.
