OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry's Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, June <br />3, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, located at <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. <br />AGENDA <br />1. SPR 24-08 — T&T Construction Office — Major site plan review to construct an office building on <br />336 Oleander Way, which totals approximately 0.73 acres. <br />5. Discussion Items <br />a. SPR 24-02 — Seminola Plaza — Major site plan review for a daycare and food drive-through <br />establishment located at the northwest corner of Murphy Road and Seminola Boulevard (Parcel 10- <br />21-30-524-0000-0010), which totals approximately 2.90 acres. <br />6. This agenda is subject to change. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal <br />any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that <br />a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per <br />Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Coordinator 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. <br />ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS <br />The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where their item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the <br />meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend <br />the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC <br />meeting. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC <br />meeting time is limited to the period allocated on each project's agenda. <br />
