Sound level measurement shall be made with a sound level meter using the "A" weighting <br />scale or "C" weighting scale, as specified in this section for the specific sound source being <br />investigated. <br />Sec. 5. General prohibitions <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to make or continue or cause to be made or continued <br />any noise disturbance within the limits of the citv. <br />Sec. 6. The sound level limit for the complainant's use shall apply. <br />b.
