economic benefits to the citizens of the City and the region. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The above recitals (whereas clauses) are hereby adopted as the legislative <br />and administrative findings of the Community Redevelopment Agency. <br />SECTION 2. The Community Redevelopment Agency hereby declares its intent to accept <br />Seller's offer to sell the Property described in the Contract which is attached as Exhibit "A" and <br />made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 3. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency is authorized to <br />execute the Contract in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A." <br />SECTION 4. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves <br />to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, <br />force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date.
