Various operating and/or capital <br />accounts in Public Works & Utilities and other City departments/divisions may be used for future task <br />authorizations under this contract, subject to available budgets. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 24-3413. <br />E. Resolution 24-3415 — Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement Between South <br />Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority <br />(SSNOCWTA) and its Member Entities <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE AMENDED AND RESTATED INTERLOCAL <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOUTH SEMINOLE NORTH ORANGE COUNTY <br />WASTEWATER TRANSMISSION AUTHORITY AND SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND <br />THE CITIES OF CASSELBERRY, MAITLAND, AND WINTER PARK; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Approval of Resolution 24-3415 providing for approval of the Amended and Restated <br />Interlocal Agreement between the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission <br />Authority (SSNOCWTA) and Seminole County and the Cities of Casselberry, Maitland, and Winter Park <br />is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no direct Fiscal Year 2024 Budget impact associated with this item. Anticipated <br />costs for SSNOCWTA are budgeted annually within the City's Utility Divisions. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 24-3415. <br />F. Lighting Services Agreement with Duke Energy for "Wheel Park" — Phase 1 and <br />"Wheel Park" — Phase 2 <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval of an agreement with Duke Energy to install and maintain <br />decorative lighting for "Wheel Park" — Phase 1 and "Wheel Park" — Phase 2 for the upfront amount of <br />$64,219.30 and for an ongoing monthly amount of $1,732.61 is requested. <br />
