Proclamation: National Police Week and Peace Officers' Memorial Day Vice Mayor Aramendia read in its entirety a proclamation proclaiming the week of May 12-18, 2024 as National Police Week in the City of Casselberry and calling upon all citizens of Casselberry to observe Wednesday, May 15, 2024 as Peace Officers' Memorial Day, and presented the proclamation to Police Chief Larry Krantz. D. Proclamation: Professional Municipal Clerks Week Vice Mayor Aramendia read in its entirety a proclamation proclaiming May 5-11, 2024 as the 5511' Annual Professional Municipal Clerks Week in the City of Casselberry and presented the proclamation to City Clerk Donna G. Gardner. 7. CONSENT AGENDA Vice Mayor Aramendia acknowledged for the record that the Consent Agenda included the Excuses of Absence for Mayor Henson and Commissioner Albritton. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoice from the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is requested. Discussion: The following invoice has been reviewed by the affected departments and is being presented for approval: Fishback Dominick LLP Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Services for March 2024 • Invoice No. 119579 $ 820.00 Budget Impact: Funds for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate's invoice are available in FY 2024 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recorninended approval of the legal services invoice as submitted. B. Resolution 24-3411 — Application for a Safe Streets and Roads for All Planning and Demonstration Grant for Vision Zero Related Activities "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL PLANNING AND DEMONSTRATION GRANT APPLICATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
