Adoption of Ordinance 24-1600 amending the City's Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation for one (1) parcel <br />located at 2075 Howell Branch Road (Parcel ID 28-21-30-300-0280-0000) from Seminole County Office (OFF) to City <br />of Casselberry Commercial (C) is requested. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Approval of the Fiscal Year 2024 Neighborhood Improvement Grant Applications <br />The Fiscal Year 2024 Neighborhood Improvement Grant Applications are provided for approval. <br />B. Award of Bid for ITB -2024-1138 and Agreement with Cathcart Construction Company - <br />Florida, LLC for the Queens Mirror Nutrient Reduction Facility in the amount of <br />$3,219,230 and Related Budget Amendment #24-032 <br />Consideration to award a bid for ITB -2024-1138 and execute an agreement with Cathcart Construction Company - <br />Florida, LLC for the Queens Mirror Nutrient Reduction Facility (NuRF) Project in the amount of $3,219,230 and <br />Related Budget Amendment #24-032 is requested. <br />C. Appointment of Seminole County School District Public Schools Facilities Planning <br />Committee Representative <br />Appointment of a City representative to the Seminole County School District Public Schools Facilities Planning <br />Committee is requested. <br />13.
