OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry's Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, <br />March 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Casselberty City Hall Commission Chambers, <br />located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. <br />AGENDA <br />1. PUD 24-01 — Senior Housing PUD — Review of a concept plan for a Zoning Map Amendment for a <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) for an age -restricted multifamily community located at 1398 <br />S.R. 436. <br />b. SPR 24-06 — Bravo Supermarket Cross -Access — Review of a minor site plan modification for 398 <br />S.R. 436 (Bravo Supermarket) to provide cross -access to the adjacent site, 386 S.R. 436 (Charley's <br />Philly Steaks). <br />c. SPR 24-09 — RV <br />Anchor Road to provide <br />recreational vehicles. <br />5. Discussion Items — None <br />6. Other Business — None <br />7. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal <br />any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that <br />a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per <br />Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Coordinator 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. <br />ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS <br />The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where their item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the <br />meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend <br />the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC <br />meeting. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC <br />meeting time is limited to the period allocated on each project's agenda. <br />
