CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of June 11, 2012 — Special Meeting and Attorney -Client Session <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION <br />The estimated length of the attorney-client session was one (1) hour. Mayor Glancy announced that the <br />individuals attending the attorney-client session were Mayor Charlene Glancy, Vice Mayor Colleen Hufford, <br />Commissioner Anthony Aramendia, Interim City Manager Randy Newlon and City Attorney Catherine D. <br />Reischmann. She added that Commissioner Miller would also attend when he arrived. The entire attorney- <br />client session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. The certified court reporter shall file a transcript <br />with the City Cleric within a reasonable time after the meeting and the transcript shall be made public at the <br />conclusion of the litigation. <br />Those attending the attorney-client session left the City Commission Chambers at 6:06 p.m. and the session <br />was held immediately in the City Manager's Conference Room. <br />Commissioner Miller arrived at 6:15 p.m. and joined the attorney-client session in the City Manager's <br />Conference Room. <br />The special meetuig was reconvened in the City Commission Chambers at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Glancy <br />announced the termination of the attoriey-client session. <br />Mayor Glancy adjourned the special meeting at 7:01 p.m. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION: <br />ATTEST: <br />Lila 2 <br />Donna G.
