RESOLUTION 15-2694 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AWARDING AND AUTHORIZING AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE DAILY CITY FOOD TRUCK BAZAAR; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry hosts free monthly events for the enjoyment and <br />entertainment of its citizens; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the popular monthly events is the Art & Music in the Park and Food <br />Truck Event held every 2 Friday of the month; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry advertised the request for qualifications for <br />management of food trucks during the monthly Art & Music in the Park and Food Truck Event; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a Selection Committee reviewed and recommended The Daily City Food <br />Truck Bazaar to manage all food trucks during the Art & Music in the Park and Food Truck <br />Event held the 2nd Friday of the month; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposed Agreement with The Daily City Food <br />Truck Bazaar and found it to be complete, competitive and adequate for the project and <br />recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission hereby approves the agreement with The Daily City <br />Food Truck Bazaar, attached as `Exhibit A", and authorizes the Mayor to execute document on <br />behalf of the City of Casselberry. <br />SECTION H. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV.
