OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry's Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. PUD 24-01 — Senior Housing PUD — Review of a proposed Planned Unit Development for an age - restricted residential community on the ±3.95 -acre property located at 1398 S.R. 436. 6. This agenda is subject to change. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Coordinator 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where their item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the period allocated on each project's agenda.
