D. Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement with Construct Co, Inc. for the Wirz Park Boardwalk Replacement and Related Budget Amendment #24-023 Approval of Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with Construct Co, Inc. for the replacement and repair of the Wirz Park boardwalk for an additional amount of $38,687.32 to repair extensive damage not fully anticipated with the original scope and related Budget Amendment #24-023 is requested.
